BASILICA HUJUS MONASTERII, QUAM AB EPISCOPO AGINONE CONSECRATUM FUISSE TRADUIT, DUCENTIS FERE POST ANNIS RUINAM MINITABATUR EX INCENDIO, QUOD MONASTERIO NECNON URBI IPSI PLURIMUM OFFECIT NONIS SEPTEMBRIS ANNO 1134 QUUM SUB ANNUM 1160.

The basilica of this monastery, which had been consecrated by bishop Aginone, was threatening ruin after a fire twenty years later, that monastery and indeed this town recovered greatly, from the nones of September 1134 until the year 1160.

Hilduard builds the new church.

...ECCLESIAE NOSTRAE FABRICAM MAGNA JAM EX PARTE PER FRATREM NOSTRUM DILECTISSIMUM HILDUARDUM GAUDEBAMUS SIMUL ET MIRABUNTUR TAM BREVI TEMPORE DE MINUTIS FIDELIUM SOLIS ELEEMOSYNIS ESSE CONSTRUCTAM.

...we rejoiced that our church is being built in large part by our faithful brother Hilduard and they will wonder at how short a time it will be constructed with only the alms of the faithful.

Mortet, Recueil, 88, note 2 argues that this was written between Foucher being cited as abbot (in 1151 in GC) and the discovery of the tomb of Saint Guilduin on the 9th of May, 1165.
