Body of Josselin taken to Longpont from Soissons.

HUMATIS EST ANTE ALTARE SS APOSTOLORUM PETRI ET PAULI IN NAVI CATHEDRALIS SUESSONENSIS SUB TUMBA, INDETRANSLATUS IN MAUSOLAEUM INTRA ABSIDUM MURI PRESBYTERII ECCLESIAE LONGI-PONTIS AD LATIS EPISTOLAE...

He was buried under a tomb in front of the altar of Saints Peter and Paul in the nave of the cathedral of Soissons, he was later translated to a mausoleum within the walls of the apse of the presbytery of the church of Longpont on the side of the Epistle...

Remains of Josselin, d.1152, who had been buried in front of the altar of Soissons cathedral, were transported to Longpont. 1233 suggested by Muldrac, 1652, 36. Bruzelius, 1979, 39, note 171, questions this date. Document refers to foundation in 1132, and is signed by Josselin, bishop of Soissons.

1227, 9 calends of November, the basilica was dedicated and the high altar consecrated...
