En 1200, une chapelle de St Jean et St Jacques fut fondée dans l'église paroissiale.

In 1200, a chapel of Saint-Jean and Saint-Jacques was founded in the parish church.

But later…"Reconstruit au 13e siècle, dans la premiere moitié, l'église est un petit édifice assez complet, surtout à l'interieur." Does this mean the original church is gone?
